4. How Blogywood Works

1. Choose an Actor – Select an actor based on style, voice, or appearance.
2. Pick a Script – Upload a custom script or choose from available templates.
3. Place Your Order – Select video duration, add optional features, and confirm payment.
4. Video Creation – The actor records a personalized message according to the request.
5. Delivery – The completed video is sent via email or uploaded to the user’s dashboard.

5. Payment & Pricing

• All payments must be made through Blogywood’s official payment system.
• Pricing is based on video length, additional features, and actor selection.
• Payments are processed securely, and users will receive confirmation upon completion.

We reserve the right to adjust prices or offer promotional discounts at our discretion.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are not available once an order is confirmed and in progress.
• Users may cancel an order before the actor begins recording.
• In case of non-delivery or an issue with the video, users may request support at support@blogywood.com.

7. User Responsibilities

By using Blogywood, You agree:

• Not to submit offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.
• To respect the intellectual property rights of actors and Blogywood.
• Not to impersonate others or misrepresent Your identity.
• To use Blogywood for personal and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized.

8. Actor Responsibilities

Actors on Blogywood must:

• Deliver high-quality video content according to the user’s request.
• Follow community guidelines and maintain professional behavior.
• Refrain from using or distributing content outside of Blogywood without consent.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content produced on Blogywood is the property of the respective actor and the user who placed the order.
• Blogywood retains the right to use videos for promotional purposes unless the user explicitly opts out.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Blogywood is not responsible for any personal disputes arising from video content.
• We do not guarantee specific actor availability or video styles beyond the agreed-upon request.
• Blogywood is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of its services.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using Blogywood, You consent to the collection and use of Your data as described therein.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms;
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity;
• Abuse our services or actors.
